We pay the shipping (including tax) on orders over $97 (subtotal after coupon applied, before applicable taxes)
- YOU pay - You pay $25 (plus applicable tax) shipping on orders from $0 to $96.99
- Shipping Included - No additional shipping charges will be charged for the items listed in the Shipping Included portion of our website. These items ship letter mail through Canada Post & do not include tracking. When you purchase these items you acknowledge that we cannot provide tracking information & that there is a very slight risk they may not arrive.

Canada Post (during a postal strike, Canada Post will only be used for PO Boxes with no alternative civic address provided & letter mail sampler packs. Orders that meet these criteria will be held until the strike ends or an alternate carrier becomes available for these types of service).
Returns
Unfortunately after the product has been opened or packaging removed, there are no returns available on Nourished natural products.
