How do I know how much magnesium i should use?

The interesting fact is that, studies show that our skin acts as a filter, leaving behind what the body doesn’t need. Start with the minimum dose recommended on the label, and work your dose up to what you consider to be beneficial for your needs.

The magnesium leaves an itchy/tingling sensation. is something wrong with the product?

This is a very common reaction to the initial uses of Transdermal Magnesium. It is, after all, similar to being in a very salty ocean. This sensation usually subsides within a few uses. If it is bothersome, try to wait 20 minutes for full absorption, then wash off or apply a lotion.

Where and how do I apply the magnesium?

Consistent use will provide the best results! Using minimally once per day to three times per day is common.

How often should i use the magnesium?

If you have an “affected” area (ie: sore/cramping muscles, arthritis, spasms, etc) you should apply directly over the affected area and massage to absorb. If you would like to use the Magnesium for concerns that do not have a specific “area”, please apply to your lower abdomen which is shown in studies to be the most absorbent part of the body, and massage in.

Which is the best choice for me? the magnesium spray or the magnesium cream?
